Our focus is Thirty Years War and we portray a Finnish conscript infantry unit in king Gustavus Adolphus’s field army during his famous German campaign. We train ourselves in musketry, fencing and military drill but also camp life and civilian aspects of the period are represented. We take part in historical re-enactment event both in Finland and abroad and can provide shows and demonstrations.<\/p>\n The name of our group is the monogram of king of Sweden, “Gustavus Adolphus Rex Sueciae”.
